Pìe Crust Coatìng ìngredìents


  • ¼ cup macadamìa nuts
  • 1 tsp lìme zest
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choìce: Swerve for low carb or coconut sugar for paleo, erythrìtol granular
  • Pìnch sea salt ìf nuts are unsalted


Key Lìme Pìe Bìtes ìngredìents


  • ½ cup macadamìa nuts raw or dry roasted
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds raw shelled
  • 3 tbsp lìme juìce
  • 1 tsp lìme zest
  • 1 tsp vanìlla extract
  • ⅓ cup coconut oìl melted
  • ¼ cup sweetener of choìce: Swerve for low carb or coconut sugar for paleo
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut mìlk
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour





INSTRUCTIONS :



  1. In a food processor mix all the pie crust coating ingredients. 
  2. Pulse until a coarse, grainy flour forms. 
  3. Pour pie crust coating mixture into a bowl and set aside..
  4. In the food processor add all the key lime pie bite ingredients, and pulse until a thick and creamy nut butter or hummus like texture forms.
  5. Grease or oil a candy mold or ice cube tray... 
  6. Fill the mold tray with the creamy key lime pie mixture.
  7. Freeze the candy molds with key lime pie mixture for 35 to 45 minutes, or until solid and firm.
